Intuitive Color System

The color system of IPS Empress Direct is organized intuitively. Dentin shades are used to recreate natural dentin, while Enamel shades are used to recreate natural enamel. Additionally, three levels of translucency options are available to replicate the play of light in the incisal (cutting) edge area.

  • Dentin materials possess natural opacity properties and influence the overall color of the tooth.
  • Enamel materials offer higher translucency, allowing light to pass through the dentin materials in a natural way.
