• The system now automatically calculates shipping costs based on the destination country.
• Our method of shipping products is Delivery at Place (DAP).
• Customs costs that may arise in your country's customs belong to the buyer.
• Any customs costs incurred in your country's customs process are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs regulations vary from country to country. If you encounter any issues, you can consult your customs officer.
• All our shipments are handled by PTS World, which utilizes courier companies such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• With our updated shipping system, purchased products are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after the product has been shipped. 
• Our average shipping time for a purchased product is 3 business days.
• As we now offer expedited shipping with increased transportation costs, shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process.

PAYMENTS

• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cryptocurrency.
• For security purposes, we utilize an SSL certificate on our website.
• We implement 3D Secure for credit card payments. When making a payment, a password is sent to the phone number registered to your card to verify the transaction. Payment cannot be completed without entering this password, even if your account has sufficient funds. 
• 3D Secure provides protection for both the seller and buyer by preventing transactions with stolen cards.
