Fewer components - easier to use.
RelyX™ Ultimate Cement is designed to perform best when combined with Single Bond Universal (3M ESPE), which functions as both a self-etch and total-etch adhesive and is also used as a primer for many restoration surfaces.

In an independent study, RelyX Ultimate cement demonstrated the highest bond strength to enamel compared to other resin cements using a self-etching primer system.

Color stability.
To maintain high esthetics, the resin cement must be resistant to discoloration. Food and drink can be the main source of coloration. Compared to other leading products, RelyX™ Ultimate Adhesive Resin Cement shows the lowest discoloration after standing in coffee solution. The illustrations show cement samples aged for 3 days at 36 °C in a standardized coffee solution.

Colors and fluorescence.
RelyX Ultimate cement takes advantage of a modern initiator system technology that does not contain aromatic amine initiators that cause discoloration. This technology ensures the long-term color stability of the cement while also providing the cement's dual-curing properties. Thus, it is also suitable for use with highly esthetic restorations such as cement, ceramic or composite crowns, inlays and veneers. RelyX Ultimate cement is available in 4 colours. A fluorescent dye is added to the cement for brilliant natural color imitation.

RelyX Ultimate adhesive resin cement covers the final cementation of all indirect indications:

All-ceramic, composite or metal inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges; 2-3-member Maryland bridges and 3-member inlay/onlay bridges*
All-ceramic or composite veneers
