Repair Cement bio ceramic with high plasticity, calcium tungstate and organic plasticizer

MTA (Mineral Trioxide Aggregate) has an established use in Endodontics due to clinical results proven by numerous scientific studies. However, due to the physical properties specific to the powder of the product, ?sandy? Consistency prevents material from being manipulated and transported to the repair site. ANGELUS to develop these features? Has MTA developed a new formulation called REPAIR HP? ?High Plasticity? MTA. This new formula preserves all the chemical and biological properties of the original MTA, which guarantees the success of the treatment but changes the physical properties of the manipulation. The result is a product with greater plasticity, which facilitates manipulation and insertion into the tooth cavity.

MTA REPAIR HP is a high plasticity endodontic restorative cement composed of mineral oxides in the form of fine hydrophilic particles. Root perforation (canal and furcation), iatrogenic or caries, internal resorption, retrofilling, direct pulp capping, pulpotomy, apexigenesis and root perforation with apexification.

COMPOSITION:
Powder: ?Tricalcium silicate 3CaO.SiO2; Dicalcium silicate 2CaO.SiO2; Tricalcium aluminate 3CaO.Al2O3; calcium oxide CaO; Calcium Tungstate CaWO4

Liquid: ?Water and Plasticizer.

MARKERS:
Endodontics: for accidents and endodontic complications
General Clinic: ?for direct pulp coating
Pediatric dentistry: for pulpotomy

ADVANTAGES:
Particle size after hydration, new formula allowing easy manipulation and insertion into the tooth cavity;
The addition of a radioactive softener (CaWO4) that does not cause staining of the root or dental crown
low resolution
Excellent marginal sealing capacity due to controlled adjustment expansion
Excellent closure of root perforation (canal and furcation) to induce periradicular cement formation
Promotes dentin bridge formation when used in pulp coating
It allows use in wet environment without changing its properties.
