IPS e.max Ceram Power – Innovative Materials for Enhanced Brightness

The new IPS e.max Ceram Power Dentin and Power Incisal materials are innovative complements to the proven IPS e.max Ceram series. These materials provide increased opacity and brightness, reflecting light more effectively and giving restorations a more natural appearance. They offer rational aesthetic solutions when applied with both opaque and translucent substrates.

Enhanced Brightness Modern translucent structures can reduce brightness in finished restorations due to their lower light reflection. The new Power Dentin and Power Incisal materials have been developed to address this issue. Without altering the well-established layering technique, natural brightness can be achieved on translucent substrates (e.g., restorations made with IPS e.max CAD LT or IPS e.max ZirCAD LT). When used with opaque substrates (e.g., IPS e.max Press or IPS e.max CAD MO), restorations gain a distinct brightness.
