With a balanced, creamy milk taste, this chocolate is ideal for hollow shells, moulding, decorating, fillings & ganaches. Take your chocolate creations to the next level of taste and intensity. These chocolate callets (ie. chocolate chips) are made by Callebaut, the famed chocolate producer. The Callebaut brand is preferred by professionals and is a higher quality chocolate than standard consumer brands found at the grocery store. Note: Due to high temperatures or high humidity, chocolate products may melt during shipment. We only ship chocolate during fall/winter/spring months when the temperature is cooler. However, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during the shipping process. Chocolate that has encountered melting will appear dull coloured or may have greyish/white streaks and dots.
