SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister 10/06 file is made from a stronger and thicker wire to easily open blocked canals. The 25/04 finishing file is made from a thinner NiTi wire for a more minimally invasive approach during the final preparation. After final shaping with the 25/04, a single cone filling can be done with 25/04 Gutta-percha.

SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister (SS MI) Usage Procedure

  1. Begin by passively placing an ISO 10 K hand file into the root canal to explore the root canal anatomy. However, do not try to reach the apex of the root canal with the 10 K file.

  2. Measure the length the 10 K file has advanced into the canal using a ruler. Then use the SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister 10/06 file with a brushing motion up and down at a speed of 250-400 rpm to the length previously advanced by the 10 K file. It is recommended to frequently irrigate the canals with at least 1 ml of sodium hypochlorite between these steps.

  3. Then, to determine the working length, reach the apical area with the help of an electronic apex locator and determine the canal length. This can be done using an electronic apex locator along with radiographic evaluation.

  4. After determining the working length with the 10 K file, use the SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister 10/06 Starter file with a brushing motion up and down to the working length at 250 rpm. During the shaping stage, the file flutes should be frequently cleaned, and the root canals should be generously irrigated.

  5. When the working length is reached with the SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister 10/06, increase the speed setting from 250 rpm to 400 rpm and perform more coronal enlargement to the working length with the same file using a brushing motion.

  6. With an up and down brushing motion, use the SUPER SYSTEM Minimal Invasive KIT assorted blister 25/04 file at 400 rpm to enlarge the coronal and middle third sections, then reduce the speed to 250 rpm and work on the apical section to the canal length.

  7. If the canal is not very wide, after the final irrigation procedure, fill the canal with a single cone using 25/04 tapered gutta-percha and canal sealer.

  8. For wider root canals, the optional 35/04 Larger file can be used.

  9. Optionally, after completing the root canal instrumentation, use the Super System Activator file for final activation of the irrigation solution. Use the Activator file with an up and down motion at a speed of 800 rpm.

  10. For rare anatomical abnormalities, the use of the Super System Advanced kit is recommended.
